What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide hospitality reception services to camp residents
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Maintain current data on resident information, requests, and room availability
- Complete daily and periodic reporting for management and clients
- Perform various administrative duties as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Diploma in hospitality and hotel management
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service attitude and experience
- Proven time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
