Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring for a front-line sales/service role at our Attleboro, MA clubs. You will greet guests, present membership options, and guide new members through the onboarding journey. A focus on delivering outstanding service will help grow revenues and member retention.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm, fitness passion, and the ability to work with urgency while accommodating flexible hours including month-end closings or peak times.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to greet and acknowledge guests and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest with a hello and goodbye while upholding high standards.
• Drive member experience, revenues and retention through proactive service and sales.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and maintain cash accountability.

What You'll Do

• Bring The Edge culture to life by ensuring each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every guest, saying "hello" and "goodbye", while maintaining outstanding standards.
• Strive to continuously improve the member experience, revenues and retention rates.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise and services.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Understands the opportunities of the business: every phone call, prospects walking through the door, in and out of the club.
• Master the tour and build excitement and value with potential new members to ensure an awesome first impression
