The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Saint Peters, MO is hiring enthusiastic team members who bring energy and a passion for fitness. You will greet guests, deliver outstanding service, and help new members feel welcome from the first tour through enrollment.

This role emphasizes selling, achieving targets, and delivering a positive member experience while working in a fast-paced gym environment that values teamwork, flexibility, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service, greet and acknowledge every guest, and maintain high standards.
• Aim to improve member experience, revenues, and retention.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and all merchandise/services info.
• Accurately and efficiently process all sales transactions and cash handling at POS.
• Identify opportunities from calls and in-club visits to grow business.
• Master tours and excite prospects to create a strong first impression.

What You'll Do

• Bring The Edge culture to life by ensuring each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every guest, saying "hello" and "goodbye", while maintaining outstanding standards.
• Strive to continuously improve the member experience, revenues and retention rates.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise and services.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Understands the opportunities of the business: every phone call, prospects walking through the door, in and out of the club.
• Master the tour and build excitement and value with potential new members to ensure an awesome first impression
