Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Missouri is hiring for a front desk/member experience role focused on welcoming members and driving engagement. Earn up to $55,000 annually with hourly pay + commission and clear opportunities for career growth as you help members reach their fitness goals.

As a member-facing team member, you will greet guests, answer questions, promote club amenities and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

• Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.

• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands‑on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
