Job summary

Banya 5 Urban Spa in Seattle is seeking friendly Front Desk Associates to deliver excellent service, manage check-ins/outs, answer phones, schedule spa appointments and explain services.

You will maintain a tidy lobby, stock towels, process payments in the POS, encourage upgrades and retail purchases, and uphold daily task lists. Full fringe benefits include spa access for you and family, discounts, and quarterly services.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the spa.
• Provide excellent service to clients per Banya 5 standards.
• Handle and diffuse client issues professionally.
• Check in and check out clients.
• Answer phones and book spa appointments.
• Neatly stock towels throughout the shift.
• Describe services and facility to clients.
• Encourage upgrades and retail purchases.
• Process payments using the POS software.
• Keep lobby and floors clean and organized.
• Follow daily task lists and maintain printed materials.

• Replenish printed materials as needed

Front Desk Associates are paid hourly. Starting wage varies, based on previous experience.
