Interfaith Works in Rockville, MD is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, answer calls, route inquiries, and coordinate mail, deliveries, and room readiness. The role also supports basic Finance invoicing tasks and accounts-payable-related activities as a backup.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of receptionist or office experience, and strong customer-service skills.

The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, callers, staff, deliveries, and routine front-office activity. The role maintains a professional and welcoming reception environment while supporting conference-room readiness, mail and delivery processes, selected Finance administrative functions, and backup check deposits.
