Job summary

Massage Envy Plymouth Creek is seeking a friendly team member to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on wellness services, and help grow a loyal guest base. Roles include scheduling, selling services, and promoting the Wellness Program while encouraging homecare purchases.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Training is provided and benefits for eligible staff are available.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails.
• Help grow and retain client base through in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
