We are paying above the national average, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour and great Hyatt discounts.

Nationally: $13.00 - $16.00

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Front Desk Associate.

What will you be doing most days?

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as throughout their stay
  • Work proficiently on the hotel's electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow
  • Handle all financial transactions securely, accurately, and with integrity
  • Anticipate guests' needs and go out of your way to maximize their experience
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
