About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions during check-in
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys
• Resolving member concerns and escalating to management as needed
• Answering phones and assisting callers
• Handling membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collections
• Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities
• Ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
• Performing safety checks and addressing maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided)
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club during shifts
• Communicating in person and on the phone
• Lifting up to 75 pounds
• Encountering cleaning chemicals
• Performing cleaning and sanitation tasks
