This role requires someone who is not only approachable but also highlycollaborative and sales driven. As thefirst point of contactfor clients, you will play acrucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience. You will also assist in preparing treatment rooms, managing appointments, and maintaining a seamless flow of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provideexceptional customer service, engaging with clients to make them feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
• Assist clients withbooking appointments, answering questions, and helping them understand our services and what is right for them.
• Maintain aclean and organizedfront desk and ensure treatment rooms are ready for the next client.
• Promote and sellservices, products, and memberships, ensuring clients are aware of our full range of wellness options.
• Engage in sales conversations, recommend services, and encourage follow-up appointments.
• Foster apositive, energetic, and supportive atmospherefor both clients and team members.
• Stay knowledgeable aboutall of Zivel’s services and productsto effectively educate clients.
• Work collaboratively with other team members toensure smooth daily operationsand outstanding client experience.
• Be open tolearning and professional growth, continuously improving customer service and sales skills.
