The Front Desk Associate is a friendly and courteous individual who delivers excellent service, fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promotes Ignite Fitness Holdings-Planet Fitness Mission, Vision, and Values. The role requires multitasking with a friendly demeanor.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and exit members professionally and courteously.
  2. Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
  3. Provide efficient telephone service, answering calls promptly with knowledge and accuracy.
  4. Use communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  5. Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
  6. Deliver prompt, accurate customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Accept payments, give change and receipts.
  8. Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
  9. Answer questions about business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly manner.
Minimum Skills
  1. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  2. Strong work ethic with decision-making and problem resolution skills.
  3. Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
  4. Flexible working schedule.
  5. Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
  6. Energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking.
  7. Physical ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, handle objects, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. At least 18 years old.

Hours
  • Discuss availability with the Hiring Manager or note on application.
  • Weekday and/or Weekend hours based on club needs.
  • Flexible availability is a plus.
