Position: Front Desk Associate Location: [Nolita/Bowery] Environment: Fast-paced hospitality setting

We’d love to meet you! We're looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Front Desk Associates.

Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Part-time and full-time shifts available

Available Shifts:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Please indicate your preferred shift when applying.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications:

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in basic computer and POS systems

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
