Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions and check-ins
  • Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys
  • Resolving member concerns and escalating issues when necessary
  • Answering phones and assisting callers
  • Handling membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, collections, transfers
  • Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs
  • Executing retail transactions and driving sales
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities
  • Ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
  • Conducting regular club walk-throughs to address safety and cleanliness
  • Addressing maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Demands
  • Standing and moving throughout the club
  • Communicating in person and on the phone
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Encountering chemicals during shifts
  • Cleaning and sanitizing regularly
  • Moving, bending, twisting as needed
