Reports To: Operations Director

Classification: Non-exempt

Summary:

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for all activity and operations at their assigned Fitness Club location. Key duties include overseeing the facility, membership sales, and delivering quality service to staff and guests. They ensure the club remains clean and well-maintained, motivate staff positively, and provide a safe, enjoyable environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Member services and retention
  • Enhance public reputation through community involvement
  • In-club marketing and programming
  • Address staff and guest concerns promptly
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and staff recognition

Training:

Mandatory training sessions, weekly conference calls, and live sales training are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a fitness-related field
  • Personal Training Certification (NASM, NCCPT, ACE, NFPT, AFAA, NAFC, or approved equivalent) and CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
