Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a part-time front desk associate at our Chino location. You will greet guests, handle calls, process transactions, and promote services while delivering friendly, confidential customer service. Weekend availability is required and you will work with a team to meet monthly targets.

Ideal candidates bring basic math and cash-handling experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to upholding the Massage Envy brand values of empathy and excellence.

• Possess basic math and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and support team goals.
• Promote retail products and promotions when appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain basic financial records.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism, including strong phone and computer usage.
• Communicate clearly with the franchised location’s management and team.
• Ensure weekend shifts are covered as required.
