D1 Training is the place for the athlete! We’re not a traditional gym — we’re a training facility that offers specialized programs for adults, youth, and athletes of all skill levels. Our goal is to provide a motivating, high-energy environment where members train like athletes and achieve real results. YOU pick the goal, WE help you get there!

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our members from the moment they walk through the door. *Could become full time for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Greet members, guests, and athletes with a welcoming, professional attitude
  
  
• Manage check-ins, class sign-ups, and client inquiries
  
  
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages in a timely manner
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
  
  
• Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and merchandise transactions
  
  
• Support the coaching staff and management with administrative tasks
  
  
• Ensure a positive and high-energy environment consistent with D1’s brand
  
  

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency
  
  
• Passion for health, fitness, and the D1 mission
  
  
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or gym experience preferred, but not required
  
  
• Must be at least 18 years old
