ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to join our in-office admin team in Stow, Ohio. You will manage front desk tasks, greet visitors, handle calls and mail, and support multiple departments including HR with administrative duties.
The role requires high school diploma and 2+ years in an administrative role; preferred Associate’s degree and 3+ years in front desk. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
The Front Desk Assistant is part of the internal EnviroScience administrative team and reports to the Senior Logistics and Facility Manager. This highly-visible position plays a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly by supporting a wide range of functions across multiple departments in the organization. The position is full time and in-office.
Office environment. Supervises: None.
Frequent sitting, using hands and fingers; occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
No travel required.
Stow, Ohio office on a daily basis. Employees required to come into the office.
