Eternal Hotels LLC is seeking a courteous front desk agent to warmly welcome guests, check-in/out and handle requests at our Pasco, WA properties. You will promote hotel services and ensure accurate billing while delivering a high level of guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of front desk or customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Food Handlers Card. This is an on-site position with a focus on professional, friendly service.

Summary/Objective

A hotel front desk agent represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay. A typical day as a hotel front desk agent, involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests.
