Qualifications

  • Requires at least 18 years of age.
  • 6 months to 1 year of computer experience.
  • Experience with LMS preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate Front Desk System, calculator, and keyboard at 35 wpm.
  • Fully understand company and departmental rules and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with staff and guests.
  • General computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Sign in and sign out of individual bank guests.
  • Check guests in upon arrival.
  • Collect cash or credit card payments as required.
  • Post room charges, paid outs, and corrections.
  • Check guests out upon departure and balance postings.
  • Prepare accurate cash turn-in sheet.
  • Maintain marketing information records.
  • Prepare regular reports as requested.
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to staff and guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
