Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests by completing appropriate paperwork and obtaining payment information.
• Settle account balances of departing guests by accepting payment and handling cash drawer.
• Engage guests in property promotions and amenities to enhance their casino/hotel experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Bell Concierge with delivery as necessary.
• Support Hotel Operations, especially Bell, Facilities and Housekeeping, to maintain smooth operations.
