Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Guest Services Attendant for Beaver Creek, CO. You will welcome guests, direct them to services, and ensure a safe, friendly experience across base areas, restaurants, and ticket offices.

The position offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour for a winter seasonal 2026/2027 role, with full-time and part-time hours. Housing is available, plus free lift passes, lessons, and employee discounts as part of Epic Service training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous guest-service experience preferred.
• Work outdoors, on feet, in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests with positive service and enthusiasm.
• Commit to guest satisfaction and resolve problems effectively.
• Answer guest questions and become an expert in resort operations and services.
• Assist other departments as needed: ticket scanning, ticket sales, activities, and operations.
• Help keep base area clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
