Job summary

Skytop Lodge is seeking a Front Desk Agent for AM/PM shifts. You will assist guests with check-in/out, answer questions, and help with activities and dining reservations. You will also perform clerical tasks, process payments, and balance daily transactions.

Open availability with nights, holidays and weekends required. Strong English communication, computer and customer service skills are essential to provide a welcoming guest experience at the resort.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Computer knowledge and clerical skills for daily front desk tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, handle complaints, and provide information.
• Answer guest calls promptly and coordinate activities and dining reservations.
• Maintain tidy front desk areas and assist with clerical duties.
• Process billing, post transactions to guest folios, and balance shift audits.
