Front Desk Agents interact with guests during their stay, assisting with arrival, check-in, and check-out, while sharing information about the resort, restaurants, spa, and local attractions to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests.

• Open availability, including overnights and weekends.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for directly interacting with guests throughout their stay. From the arrival and check-in process through check-out and departures, our Front Desk Agents provide information about the Resort, Restaurants, Spa, and surrounding areas to provide an exceptional experience.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $28.67 - $35.84.
