Job summary

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is seeking a General Cleaner I to join our team. This on-site, entry-level role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment, including carpet care, window cleaning, floor polishing, and linen restocking.

Flexibility to work AM, PM, and overnight shifts is required, with the ability to lift moderate weights. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $26.36 to $32.95 per hour, with benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Able to work AM, PM & Overnight shifts.
• Able to push, pull and lift a moderate amount of weight.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning duties such as carpet shampooing, window washing and floor polishing.
• Move furniture and assist with guest requests and linen restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The General Cleaner I perform specialized cleaning duties or assignments that require a responsibility, or uncommon physical effort. Included among these duties are carpet shampoo cleaners, window washers, floor polishers, furniture movers, guest request and restocking linen on floor stations. This is a fast-paced position.
