Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• College coursework in a related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, stay, and checkout.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and logs.
• Maintain smooth operation of the Front Desk computer system and PBX console.
• Greet and welcome all guests in accordance with hotel standards.
• Assist with logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
