Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Marlborough, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and stay. You will represent the hotel with professional service and assist guests with information and needs.

Schedule is primarily 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, weekends required, with weekend holidays as needed. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits including travel program, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
Check guests in and out using Hilton systems.
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Process reservations, room changes, and payments.
Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Follow all Hilton brand standards and hotel policies.
