Responsibilities include guest records, cash handling, and assisting with breakfast and evening Kickback service. We value a friendly, organized communicator who can multitask and work independently, with opportunities for growth and team support.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized communicators with multitasking skills.
• Ability to speak and take direction in English.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.
• Experience with handling money, making change, and using office machines.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at check-in/check-out in a friendly, efficient manner and promote programs.
• Maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including food prep, service, and cleanup.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to reflect the Drury culture.
