The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama’s Gulf Coast invites you to join our Front Desk team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, and assist with guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism to ensure a seamless stay.

This historic property offers rich Southern hospitality, modern luxury, and generous perks. You will contribute to guest satisfaction by handling check-ins/outs, processing payments, and supporting safety and service

• Warm Welcome: greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Room Assignment: assign rooms based on location, rates, preferences, and Marriott Rewards status.
• Check-ins and Check-outs: ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Guest Inquiries: respond to questions about hotel services, local attractions, events, and entertainment options.
• Reservation Management: handle future and same-day reservations, accommodate walk-ins.
• Financial Transactions: process payments and manage cash transactions.
• Safety & Security: assist guests with safety deposit boxes and privacy of belongings.
• Documentation: complete Front Desk reports accurately.
• Issue Resolution: address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism, enhancing their overall stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
• Room Assignment: Skillfully assign rooms based on room location, rates, preferences, and Marriott Reward Member status to ensure an optimal guest experience.
• Check-ins and Check-outs: Ensure smooth and accurate check-in and check-out procedures, providing efficient and friendly service.
• Guest Inquiries: Respond knowledgeably to guest questions about hotel services, local attractions, events, and entertainment options, offering helpful recommendations.
• Reservation Management: Handle future and same-day reservations, accommodating walk-ins with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Financial Transactions: Process payments and manage charges accurately, handling all cash transactions with integrity.
• Safety & Security: Assist guests with using safety deposit boxes, ensuring the confidentiality and security of their belongings.
• Documentation: Complete all Front Desk reports accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
