As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out of the hotel, and performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Greet guests and complete the registration process (inputting & retrieving information from the computer, confirming guest information and room rate, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, etc.)
• Assist guests with check-out (ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted, using the point‑of‑sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, accepting and recording various forms of payment, converting foreign currency, making change, processing gift certificates and cards)
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information (room categories, rates, packages, promotions, local area, etc.) and answer guest questions and inquiries.
• Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
You have prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or in a high‑volume customer‑service industry.
You are passionate about providing guests with excellent customer service and thrive to always ensure guest satisfaction and enhance their experience.
You are looking for flexibility in a job and can work a variety of shifts, between 7am–11pm including days, evenings and weekends.
You have excellent computer skills and a team spirit.
Hilton brand experience is a plus.
