Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic to moderate computer skills for input and retrieval of information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at arrival and departure.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in person and by phone.
• Document and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Provide information about amenities and local attractions.
• Input information into computer systems and handle cash with accuracy.
• Assist with luggage storage and maintain professional composure during busy periods.
