Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume customer-facing role.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends).
• IHG brand experience is a plus.
