Front Desk & Guest Care - Extended Stay Premier Suites Chandler AZ

We are looking for people that have a passion for excellent customer care!

Working at the Front Desk means you are THE hub of hotel activity and manage more guest interactions than any other member of the staff. Your role is key to the overall quality of a guest's stay. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring literally will define the Guest Experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Associate you are responsible for giving our guests the best hospitality experience they can have. You will achieve this by:

  1. Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
  2. Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
  3. Promptly and effectively managing guest concerns or issues and ensuring all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner
  4. Posting guest charges, collecting payments and following all cash handling procedures as required by Common Oaks
  5. Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  6. Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
  7. Being a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
  8. Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
  9. Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
