Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exemplary service at the Meyer Jabara Hotels property in Boston. You will greet guests, manage registrations, and coordinate with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hospitality and guest services.
• Knowledge of PMS and hotel operations.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the front desk with high levels of service.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs following policies.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily procedures.
• Know hotel rates, packages, discounts and promotions.
• Ensure front desk and back-office area cleanliness at all times.
• Resolve guest inquiries using the Guest Response Program.
