Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and register guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions about the hotel and area.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Follow procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, refunds.
• Maintain house bank and communicate information to manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
