Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Castaway Bay to deliver exceptional guest service and manage check-ins/outs. You will answer questions, handle charges, and operate the Property Management System to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The role requires 18+ with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Enjoy being part of a world-class team delivering FUN and memorable stays for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push a cart up to 50 lbs, and use cleaning chemicals.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Able to pass a drug test as required by policy.
• Able to pass a background check if 18 or older.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push cart weighing up to 50 lbs., and use cleaning chemicals
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
