Job summary

Quechan Indian Tribe is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent for a part-time role at the Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA 92283. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.

The position requires a HS Diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, and being at least 18 years old. Tribal preference is given to qualified applicants and prior hotel-related experience is a plus.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our casino hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth hotel operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications:

• Under direct supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor,
• accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests,
• issuing room keys,
• transmitting and receiving messages,
• keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts,
• making and confirming reservations,
• and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
• HS Diploma or GED required/ equivalent required.
• Prior customer service/guest service required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Prior work experience in the hotel or related field preferred.
• Proficiency testing may apply.
• Tribal preference will be given to qualified applicants.
