We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our casino hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth hotel operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications: Under direct supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
