Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is hiring a Guest Services Agent in Tempe, AZ to assist Owners/guests with villa stays and to arrange experiences that create memorable vacation moments. You will respond to questions, explain features, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with an hourly wage of $19.10.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review property amenities and local activities.
• Listen and respond to guests' questions and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and locations (keys, ice, vending) to guests.
• Follow up to ensure guests' requests are met to their satisfaction.
• Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist with bellman and runner tasks as needed.

Job Duties

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to help resolve guest issues .
• Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, and vending areas, etc.).
• Follow up with Owner/ guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• A nswer s telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable .
• May be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
