Typical duties of a Guest Services Agent include:

• Checking guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, services, hours, and local activities.
• Listening and responding to guest questions, concerns, and requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Explaining room features and facilities to guests.
• Following up to ensure guest satisfaction with their requests or issues.
• Answering phone calls and routing them appropriately.
• Assisting with bellman and runner duties as required.

Guest Experience and Standards:

• Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating needs.
• Interacting professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications to become a Guest Services Agent include:

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Background and drug screening as per company policy.
• Note: Duties may vary by property and team size.
