Pay Range

This range is provided by Aimbridge Hospitality. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

About Us

The Front Desk Agent is essential to our guest experience, focusing on customer service and communication to ensure a seamless and inviting stay for all our guests. This role manages guest interactions and maintains the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Convey information effectively, address guest inquiries promptly, and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly evaluate and resolve guest concerns with appropriate solutions.
  • Multitasking: Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Financial Skills: Work with financial information and perform basic arithmetic as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
