Guest Service Agent

Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding service during their stay, and settling accounts upon departure. Responsibilities extend beyond a typical front desk agent, requiring flexibility and skill expansion in a fast-paced environment. Primary duties include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and performing hotel operator and concierge tasks.

Ideal candidates possess a positive, upbeat personality and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. They should be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and solve problems effectively when dealing with internal and external customers. Flexibility with shifts is essential, including working holidays and weekends as needed.
