A leading hospitality company is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service at a four-diamond resort. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest inquiries, and processing payments. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and previous hospitality experience, alongside strong communication and customer service skills.
Summary of Position:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing welcoming, friendly, efficient, resourceful and hospitable service at the front desk, including check in, check out and guest resolution.
