Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out of our hotel properties, and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.

You will help guests with questions, operate the Property Management System, and support a welcoming, safe environment while meeting the needs of a diverse guest base.

Responsibilities

• Remain active through Oct 26 to qualify for bonus pay; payout after Nov 1.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of our hotel properties and answer any guest questions or concerns throughout their stay.
• Verify guest information as they enter the Hotel Breakers parking lot, being the first to welcome them to the hotel.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
• Must remain active through October 26th in order to be eligible for bonus pay. Incentive will be paid out after November 1st. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
