Job summary

Cedar Point is hiring for a Front Desk Agent at Sawmill Creek. You will greet guests, check them in/out, issue tickets, and answer questions to ensure a memorable stay. The role requires a positive attitude, strong guest service skills, and the ability to handle payments and inquiries.

Part-time, year-round position with several perks and the chance to contribute to a top-tier guest experience at our property. Training is provided and uniforms are included.

Qualifications

• Charismatic attitude.
• Ability to learn and use Opera PMS.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to pass background check if 18+.
• Ability to pass drug test per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and assist with selling tickets.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain guest information securely.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and shifts.
• Provide guest service per Six Flags standards.
• Keep work area clean and safe per Cedar Fair guidelines.

• Contribute to an amazing guest experience at Sawmill Creek.
• Greet every guest with a positive attitude and smile, assist guests with check-in and check-out, collect payments, sell tickets to Cedar Point and various other add-ons, answer questions in person and over the phone.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.

Responsibilities

• Ability to maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner.
• Ability to check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions.
• Ability to solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and perform all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines.
• Meet Six Flags attendance requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
