Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and respond to requests.
  • Register guests, verify room requirements, assign rooms, and issue keys.
  • Verify credit cards or obtain cash for establishing credit.
  • Guide guests to their rooms using resort maps.
  • Transmit messages, mail, packages, and convey information to guests.
  • Perform concierge duties, assisting with entertainment, shopping, business, and travel inquiries.
  • Maintain records of guest accounts and services.
  • Process payments and charges accurately.
  • Make reservations and confirm requirements.
  • Secure guest valuables and handle lost and found items.
  • Verify guest identity during registration.
  • Maintain a safe environment by following safety procedures.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules based on business needs.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Successful background check and drug screening.
