Responsibilities include:

  1. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  2. Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
  3. Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
  4. Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
  5. Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  6. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
