EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED. |
EXPERIENCE: Must have strong computer skills with Excel and Word, and possess at least one years service with hotel, including some experience in operating or assisting at reservation desk. Familiarity with the local area and its attractions is key. |
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. |
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Strength to move up to 25 lbs. at a time. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in or outside the casino. Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer complaints or questions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and stretch/reach above head. Have good dexterity in fingers |
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. |
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: The successful applicant for this job manages the operation of the registration desk efficiently; keep time required for check-in and check-out to a minimum; see that final bills are provided to guests promptly; and directs guest to proper hotel staff members for food, housekeeping, laundry, and concierge services. |
