About The Role

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team! As a Front Desk Agent, you will represent the hotel throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling luggage and transportation, providing hotel information, and ensuring a memorable experience. You will also monitor guest flow and keep the lobby presentable.

Essential Duties
  1. Process guest check-ins, verify reservations, and assign rooms.
  2. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized front area.
  4. Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  5. Assist with guest departures, billing, and transportation arrangements.
  6. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  7. Conduct security walks.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Specific Requirements
  1. Stay updated on hotel and local area information.
  2. Communicate professionally with guests and staff.
  3. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  4. Reach overhead and below knees, and perform physical tasks.
  5. Learn safety and emergency procedures.
  6. Adhere to cash handling policies.
  7. Use hand and body motions repetitively.
  8. Walk, climb stairs, stand, kneel, and handle objects up to 80 pounds.
  9. Communicate clearly in verbal and written forms.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Preferred: hospitality experience, knowledge of PMS and CRM systems.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
