Position Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests courteously, handling inquiries, check-in/out procedures, and room reservations.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally
  • Maintain high service and hospitality standards
  • Address guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily
  • Post charges, collect payments, and handle cash procedures
  • Manage guest mail and messages professionally and privately
  • Know hotel brands, programs, and offers
  • Communicate effectively with departments and management about guest feedback
  • Respond swiftly to calls, visitors, and team requests at the front desk
  • Understand hotel safety and emergency procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Customer service or guest-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar
  • Experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel systems like PMS, Quore, PBX preferred
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills under pressure
