Responsibilities
  1. Complete all activities listed in the Front Desk checklist.
  2. Perform marketing duties such as upselling to generate revenue.
  3. Provide excellent service and satisfaction to guests and visitors.
  4. Follow security and liability measures to protect assets.
  5. Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
  6. Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/out, and handle payments accurately.
  7. Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
  8. Communicate effectively with hotel departments and management.
  9. Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  10. Operate front office systems and handle reservations.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and in stressful situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
